Regretfully we had to cancel the classic cars this year due to the ongoing construction at the airport, and the potential for inclement weather.
Each year, car clubs from NSW and ACT are invited to display their vehicles at the event and add to the atmosphere created by the historic aircraft on display and in the air. Meet the owners of some of your favourite vintage vehicles and chat to passionate car enthusiasts.
Representatives from over 50 classic vehicle clubs promises that this display will be a huge spectacle for all motoring enthusiasts featuring both cars and bikes. Vintage, veteran, classic and modern classic vehicles, and commercial vehicles will all be represented.
As you wander you will appreciate the time, effort and cash involved in bringing these cars, bikes and utes to life, so make sure you stop and have a chat to these passionate owners who are always more than happy to talk about their pride and joy. The quality of these exhibits is outstanding.
The Wings Over Illawarra weekend event will provide a fantastic mix of classic aircraft, cars and bikes from a by-gone era ensuring something for every enthusiast.
