WINGS OVER ILLAWARRA ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP WITH ENERGYAUSTRALIA

February 10, 2021

A new year brings new possibilities, so here at Bright Events we are thrilled to announce the confirmation of EnergyAustralia as a sponsor for 2021 Wings Over Illawarra airshow, set to be held at the Shellharbour Airport on the weekend of November 13 & 14, with a S.T.E.M day scheduled for Friday the 12th of November.

Organiser Mark Bright said, “We are thrilled to partner with one of Australia’s leading energy company, EnergyAustralia, for Wings over Illawarra 2021.  This news has kicked off the year nicely and it is thanks to partnerships such as this that the airshow continues to grow and become the huge success that it is today.”

EnergyAustralia’s Tallawarra power station Community Relations Lead, Sarah Hafez said, “Located on the shores of Lake Illawarra, for the past decade our Tallawarra gas-fired plant has supplied power to 200,000 homes across New South Wales each year.”

“The Illawarra region is our home and we love getting behind programs important to our community. We are delighted to join the Wings Over Illawarra family and look forward to another great show come November,” Sarah said.

We know that the 2021 airshow will be an event not to be missed and we cannot wait to see everyone here at the Shellharbour Airport in November.
